I wanna shop! How do I place an order?

Glad to hear it, we want you to shop! To place an order on our website, peruse our wonderful collection and simply hit the “BUY” button after selecting the specifics. Once you’ve made your final selections, select "CHECKOUT" to complete your sale through our secure on-line shopping cart.

You said “secure shopping cart” but I keep receiving some funky security warning during checkout and I’m scared to enter my credit card information, hold me.

Fear not my friend! It really is a secure checkout, we pinky swear. Your shopping cart includes an SSL certificate that uses industry standard 128 bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.  Please feel free to look up the Google Shopify security credentials to verify for yourself.

How will I know if my order placed online has been received?

Shortly after you have placed your order, you will receive an email from Urban Baby Runway. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us at and check your bulk folder incase your spam filter gobbled it.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically we ask to please allow 2-3 business days before shipping and then all applicable UPS Ground or USPS Priority shipping times apply; however, some items are made to order or ship directly from the manufacturer and require additional time before shipping, see specific product descriptions. We may surprise you and get your order out the next day, but we need the buffer. Occasionally an item is out of stock, silly inventory system, and will take longer but you’ll be notified if this is the case.

Will I be told when my order ships or should I keep asking you?

You will receive an email via the USPS when your order ships, providing the tracking or delivery confirmation number. You can then check the tracking information in the email for a current status.

What method of shipping do you use?

UBR uses USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail for most shipping within the lower 48 United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.  All other international orders will be evaluated on an order by order basis. Orders qualifying for free shipping will be shipped via the method of our choice (either UPS Ground or USPS Priority). Please note UPS shipping does not deliver on weekends.

Do you ship to Canada?

In most cases, Canadian shipments are sent via the US Postal Service (USPS) Global Priority. Be warned, all packages entering Canada are subject to inspection by Customs. UBR cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Customs or added duties or taxes deemed payable by Customs.

Do you ship internationally?

Several countries are currently available for selection during checkout. Just choose your country and we’ll get your order on its way. We're slowly adding additional countries as we get a feel for accurate shipping prices. If your country is not currently listed, contact us at: and we'll see what we can do.  It's a long jump over that pond, but UBR loves hearing from you!

Sales tax, am I off the hook?

Sure! Unless the package is being shipped within Missouri and then we are required to collect the 4.23% sales tax.

Alright, I got my order and I’m not so crazy about it. Now what?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All refunds are for merchandise only, no shipping cost refunds. All customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All "On Sale" items are final. No refunds or exchanges.

The shipping address in my shipment notification email is wrong!

Doh! And since you received the shipment notification, your package is probably already in the mail. However, with our fancy software system, shipping addresses are automatically populated with the shipping information entered by you, our dear customer. So unfortunately at this point we’ll have to wait for the package to make its way back to you and therefore will need to charge $6 if you’d like your package reshipped to the correct address. If it was in fact an error on our end, we’ll definitely eat the cost and reship it at our imperfect expense.
